IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
The following is rental information regarding the Auditorium and Exposition Center and policies
of the Al Malaikah Auditorium Company (Company).
We would like to offer promoters a turnkey environment in the areas of sound, lights, A/V, staging, hospitality,
security, green room services etc.
EXPO Hall Info:
Size: 54,000 sq. ft.
Main Floor: Approximately 34,000 sq. ft.
Mezzanine: Approximately 20,000 sq. ft.
Capacity: 3,500 people In Expo 5,000 if East Parking lot used.
Dance Floor: 21,160 sq. ft.
Lighting: Fluorescent/Incandescent/Quartz
Ceiling Height: 43'6"at peak; approx. 12' under mezzanine
Main floor Width between mezzanine overhangs: 62
Power: (1) 400amp 3phase Buss Bar In Balcony Approx 100 from Backstage
(2) 600amp 3phase Buss Bar In Balcony Approx 100 from Backstage
Through our affiliation with multiple total production companies, security and hospitality vendors, The Shrine
Auditorium can provide competitive pricing and management, including but not limited to the following:

32X32X4 Steeldeck, Stage-Tech, Access Staging or equivalent.
8x8x4 Sound Wings OR 8 Sound Bays
(2) Sets Stairs
Adequate Safety Equipment i.e. Hand Rails, Guard Rails, etc.

40 Square Box truss Ground Support w/ Black Backdrop and Motor Support
8 Sound Bays for Flying of Main PA
A System 128K Double Hung PAR, (6) Lekos, (12) Movers, (2) Spots
B System - 96K PAR, (6) Lekos, (6) Movers
C System - 64K PAR, (6) Lekos,
All Necessary, Cables, Dimming, Control (Avo, Hog) & Comm.
AUDIO:
A-System FOH: Yamaha PM5D, Midas XL-4 or Equivalent
Adequate processing to accommodate most national touring acts.
MON: 12-Mixes (10 Bi-Amp Wedges) W/Drum Box & Stereo Side Fills
Adequate processing to accommodate most national touring acts.
MAIN STACKS: 16 JBL Vertec Or Equivalent (4-4HI Dollys)
SUBS: Adequate 18 Dual Subs to accommodate main PA
DELAY STACKS: May be 3-Way proprietary Ground Supported in Balcony as Fill. Need to be stacked so horns are well
above head height.
Touring Support Package: Should Headliner be carrying all but racks & Stacks and supporting openers.
